My friend just recently purchased GW2 and on logging in for the first time he received an error code 45 saying his account was suspended. After some research into this we realised it meant his account was banned. This is stupid as he hasn’t even played the game. He can’t even log into the forums….. Please help!!!

Where did he purchase the game? If he did not submit a support ticket, please ask him to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist him.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please suggest that he read this post.
