Banned Guild Leader

Hi,
I have a big problem. My account is banned (I was hacked and after I got my account back I was banned) and I need to transfer all permissions to another player. Currently my guild don’t have a chance to start a guild missions. What should I do now? Is there a way to get unban for 24 hours or less?
What about buying a new copy of guild wars 2 and link it to THIS account? Will I be able to log on old characters and tranfer Guild Leader’s permissions to another player?

We definitely can help with compromised accounts. So contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
