You Ban me for 3 days for innapropriate language?
I just used 200$ on gems and 1 hour later im banned? Please give me a mail about the chat log that gave me the ban..

Open a support ticket.

You made insulting comments to another player, including a curse word. You did this in All Chat, where everyone saw it. The chat was bad enough that several players reported it.
If you feel you wish to appeal this, go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They can take a look at the situation. But no matter their decision, please take care to respond less impulsively in the future and I’m sure you’ll have no further problems. We appreciate your support of our game, but we do want to make sure that all players are comfortable with in-game chat.
