Arenanet.. I have done absolutely nothing but support you since the days of gw1. I bought gw2 at release and have played it on and off with nothing but happiness. Today however was different.. I got banned today for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL.. I’m completely dumbfounded by who you are hiring as GMs if they ban people for no reason like this. In all of my years gaming I’ve never been wrongly banned like this, so I’m fairly upset. I’m being deprived of a service that I paid for. I followed your rules and terms of use and did not do a single thing wrong.
Mindlessly farming skills up is not botting, maybe you should teach your GMs to message people. If they cannot decipher who is legit and who is not, then how are they employed?
