Banned for "14 days" and then all I get is this message?

So I was banned for 14 days, but it only lasted 8 days before I get this message.
Hello,

I apologize for the late response. I have reviewed the account, and determined that the violation did not warrant such a long suspension. As such, I have unblocked the account. It is now playable.

Has anyone got this before? Is there any compensation to this wasted time we were banned for? I lost 8 days of leveling with my friends and everything Ive missed due to their mistake? Why ban before you investigate …. really.

There are a few infractions that earn a 2-week suspension, but judging from your comments, this was just an error. We’re sorry if the suspension was longer than it should have been. We’re taken steps to ensure that every agent knows the suspension periods for infractions but occasionally human error arises and we do address those as soon as possible.
