Before we get into this, I have emailed support about 20 or so hours ago and still no response and this is getting really absurd, just when I get my days off I can’t play the game for god knows why.
So here’s my issue, I have 5 characters which are all over 1 years old, yesterday in the middle of new TA path after my group has been doing pretty well actually, I get banned out of nowhere.
I check my email and nothing, no warning, no reason for the ban simply nothing. So I try logging again and I find out I have been banned for “Inappropriate name”. I can’t for the life of me think of a character name that would require such action against my account. Here are my character names:
Ruberia Vi, Raione, Diana River, Kyrie Raiu, Kyrie Nelo (last one might be a tad different, not a character I play much).
So I have been banned for 72 hours why exactly? why can’t I enjoy my game? why would you ban me without even giving me a prior warning or at least allowing me to change the name? I would gladly change any name in game if you guys had just asked me to instead of right out banning me for 72 hours for reasons I’m still not sure of, which name is inappropriate and why exactly?
Usually I would wait for the support to answer, but after almost an entire day I’m getting kinda impatient since I won’t be able to play the game next week and if I’m going to be banned for the rest of this week its going to be really really annoying. Can any mods please help me with this?
