Bank Tab Expan. failed to open tab

hello,

a few days ago i purchased a Bank Tab Expansion upgrade for 600 gems and it appeared in my inventory.

while in my inventory, standing at the Bank in WVW, i double clicked on the upgrade to expand my bank account and nothing happened.

i currently have 5 bank tabs, and according to the information written on the upgrade, i have many tabs available to me.

i have requested a gem refund and the response to my request was no.

i have requested someone open the next tab in my bank account and the response to that request was also no.

this is clearly a bug or fault of the system as i have purchased these before and they have worked fine.

please either refund my account, 600 gems or restore my Bank Tab Expansion upgrade to my inventory so i can try again, or open the next bank tab in my bank account for me.

decote — I’m sorry that you’ve experienced this situation, but it appears you’ve discussed this matter with Customer Support agent multiple times. If you wish a review, and if this is at least 3 full days old, please post in the sticky post above, “Tickets for Review: 3 Days and Older” and I can take a look. It’s essentially that you provide the ticket number(s) involved.
