Bank Slot Expansion didn't work

Good Evening Everyone.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about a problem that I just had:

I currently have 6 bank slots and went to purchase another slot (on sale) through the BLT. I spent the 480 gems and I received the item via in-game-mail. I retrieved it to my inventory and clicked it to use it. The item disappeared but a seventh bank slot was not added. It’s been about 15 minutes now and still nothing has popped up in my bank slot.

I’ve submitted an in-game bug report. Cross your fingers for me!

(Just to reiterate, I DID receive the e-mail with the item and attempted to use it from my inventory. This is NOT a “I didn’t get my e-mail” problem)

Hello everyone.

Shademehr, we are glad to hear this. Do not worry about that ticket you already issued although you can always update it through your customer support account and ask for it to be closed. We also close the thread now.
