Hey , around 10-12 days ago I had a bug that cause my bank-guild i’ve made to be deleted for no known reason…
I submitted a ticket right away but i haven’t got any answer yet..
i’ve lost mats with the cost of 100g average and im afraid they wont help me now in such a way like a re-roll etc…
Did anyone have problem like that as well? do they must help me even tho its been such a long time?
any info would help me ! ty
