It is not possible to remove every trace, due to the nature of data backups. If you want the account permanently terminated, contact Support. Be aware that they are very, very serious when they say this is a permanent decision that cannot be reversed. Not by re-enabling the account, or by transferring a serial code to a new account, or by any other means.
If you do not choose to play again, even if you never choose to play again, simply uninstall the client and … don’t play. Going through a process of deleting information is unnecessary and heads down a path that others have regretted, in the past. If six months or a year from now you wish to play, that will not be an option. So, please consider wisely.
