My question is on getting banned if i buy 1 more account to fund my current account?
What i mean by that is can i buy 2 gw2 accounts and then run bosses on both, but give the loot and drops all to 1 account without getting banned? or is there something in the ToS that states that i cannot do that?

We have no objections to this, as long as both accounts are used by you and you’re not, say, botting with the one. Clearly, account sharing is a really bad idea, and botting is strictly prohibited and will bring the wrath of Dhuum down upon your head. Well, figuratively speaking, anyway. 
I don’t sense you’re intending either of those things, though, and a lot of players have a secondary account they use legitimately in order to send benefits to their main.
