Authorized Shoutcaster Program

“In the new Authorized Shoutcaster Program, when highly rated PvP teams are matched-up in rated play, authorized shoutcasters will receive a notification and be allowed to enter that match as a spectator to bring you the action on a slight time delay.”

The question is, only the shoutcasters will be able to join, or they will be just ones who specially get notification?

Personally, i don’t want to leave the game, search for a shoutcaster who is decideing on his own what he wants to watch, I want to choose it myself and I’d like to do it in-game.

Will we ever be able to observe highrated matches with delay? Please, don’t develop a game for only 5-6 shoutcasters and 8 core team. There are other 3,000,000+ players out there.

For me, one of the highest motivations in GW1 PvP was to reach observer, and when i did, that was always something awesome I hope we will see this someday.

More info will come later, but this is the same tech as the current spectator mode. Authorized shoutcasters will have permission to enter rated matches, and will delay their streams.
