For the past 12 hours I have been trying to log in with another account. When I put my info into the client, it is not sending an email to authenticate. After getting tired of waiting (see: four hours of repeated attempts to login), I sent a message to support. So they tell me to disable my authenticator using my serial code. So I did that, but all it gave me the option to do was change my password. The authenticator email disable button was inactive. So I tried resetting the password, just in case I needed to do that first. Of course I never got an email to verify the action.
I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, since they would not have forum access because of their account being unverifiable.
