Authenticator Fails - Unable to Log-in at all

Hey, my brother linked his account to the google authenticator and now he can’t log in, not even into the forums, which is why i am here on his behalf. We tried several times to try and figure out what’s wrong, even found a post that said if there was a time difference on the comp and the mobile it won’t work. Not sure if that was fixed, be we set the time on both devices to the exact same, and it still doesn’t work, still get booted back to the log in screen and it says wrong username or password.

If anyone has an answer, or some tips, would love to hear them.

The advice here is sound. If he is still having difficulty, I really encourage him to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to help.
