Authentication Issues - 23 September (resolved)

Have been waiting a good long while to receive my authentication email, it’s about the fourth attempt now. After a while the log in screen sends me a message saying it can’t connect. Any ideas?

Hello. Our email provider for the authentication emails had an outage this morning (Pacific time). The issue resolved about 9:30 AM Pacific.

Could you please try again and let us know if you’re still having issues? Thank you.

hi dev, i still have the email issue for my second account, “random.6250”, cant log in

If you cannot access the game, please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
