Attempting to change my password

I got the message to change my password upon log in tonight. I am redirected to the GW2 website and fill in the box with OLD PASSWORD then the two boxes with NEW PASSWORD. However, when I try to submit, the screen reloads with popup text saying "You haven’t changed your password recently…. yadda yadda yadda.

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
