I just got a verification email. Someone tried to access my account from China. Does getting the mail indicate that he had a valid password?

I’ve been working with computers for most of my life, and I can get pretty paranoid about passwords. I’m as careful as I can be with them. If someone was able to get mine, I want to know how.

(PS I did NOT click the authentication link. I may be crazy, but I’m not stupid!)

If you see this sort of thing, I suggest you immediately change your password and check the security of your email, as well.
