asking to delete an account?

when they released beta i made an account, then when i bought the game it wouldnt let me add my key to that account, i was wondering if there is anyway to ask anet to delete the account i made first it has nothing linked to it, its just using my main email adress which i would like to use for my account now

any help whatsoever would be very nice

The only way you can find out if you’ll be able to do this is to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. Find out what info to provide (to establish your ownership of the account) in this post.
