Sorry to be a nuisance but I’m trying to resolve my bsod issue by submitting a ticket. However, I just cannot find the ArenaNet.log file the devs need to help them see what’s going on.

I’ve searched my entire system (both drives) and it’s just, well, not present.

Any ideas most welcome!

Hi Flatley – If you’re using Windows XP it should be located in your Guild Wars 2 folder, otherwise if you’re using 7, Vista, or 8 it will be located in Documents\Guild Wars 2. If you don’t have this file then this is likely your system that is crashing and not due to the client.
