[Arena Net] How many people are working ?

Hi !

I have a little question , how many people are working for arena net , and what s their work ?
You have a WWW team ? Pvp team ? Pve team ? Economy team ? How many people are working on each ? 5, 50 ? Does the team work for 1 goal , or more at the same time ?

The goal of www team for exemple is it to build a Big update for futur ? Or to build little update and release them when they re done ?

Do you think it s better to have all the team working on 1 goal and have an update each weeks , or all the people doing different things with an update all the 6 months ?

In fact it was more than one little question ^^
And sorry for my english , i know it s awfull
