Are we able to call the customer support?

Akthough we are able to send tickets to Anet is it possiable for me to call Anet as it is alot easier for me to do and would ensure me talking to an actual person and not a robot who sends me back with things about the Hall of monuments which wernt even inclueded in my ticket. Thanks fir the answers

I am sorry. We do not currently offer live chat or telephone support. Most tickets are resolved in <24 hours.

If you are getting the wrong response, please update your ticket immediately by responding, and it will go back for a second review and, hopefully, and more-relevant answer.
