Hello, about 10 months ago i had my account compromised and i had to contact support for assistance they helped me with my account swiftly and efficiently. The support team are wonderful people and they offered me a restoration for my account. I took the restoration and have been an active player ever since until recently.

i did take precautions in my account security, i installed an authenticator since the incident which after i switch my iphone 4 for a 5 i had to disable which was my biggest mistake . i also had my password by made of uppercase and lowercase numerals and symbols. That did not protect me however as my account got compromised yet again within the last week.

I got pretty upset about this issue, since the last time i got hacked i got really dedicated at the game, i spent hours and hours farming for legendaries, playing with the black lion market and such. All these work i put in since then has been lost , when i was contacting support i was honestly very worried because i know the policy of " We can only offer one restoration per account due to negative influence on the game’s economy". As expected no matter what i said i was rejected. although the GM was a pretty cool dude and he helped me change my account username and such. i’ve seen that Arena net has offered another restoration for certain cases. not that i find thakittens not fair , they may have their reasons.

This is probably my final appeal for a restoration. i enjoy the game and wish to continue playing it but the major loss of karma, tokens, equipment and gold on my character has made it hard for me to continue. i dont understand why the hacker had to spend all my karma, tokens and delete all my equipment. he could have just taken my gold.. i would have at least been fine with that. Like the topic suggests, i would like to ask for a second restoration on my account. I hope to that Arena net considers my plea.
