The stat descriptions are missing from runes.
For example, for the Major Rune of Altruism, I expect to see a stat description like this:
“Double-click to apply to a piece of Armor.<br/>(1): +15 Healing Power<br/>(2): Give 2 stacks of might to nearby allies when using a heal skill. (Cooldown: 10 Seconds)<br/>(3): +35 Healing Power<br/>(4): +10% Boon Duration”
But this description is not present:
