Any way to change "account name?"

Hello, I am just wondering if it is possible to change the “account name” I use when I log into GW2?

My current “account name” is an e-mail address that I have deactivated, and thus am wondering if it is possible to change it to a new e-mail address that I am currently using?

If so, how may I do so?
