Hey there. Just curious as to if there have been any updates regarding this thread:

Many players :

A: Can not Make gem purchases
B: Are not receiving gems for their purchase
C: Are not getting items we spent gems on.

Been six days now on my end, not receiving an item I had payed for. A few people have asked for updates on the matter, so I’m making this thread to ask if anything has been started yet, and how long we may have to wait?

The team is aware, and I can tell you that emails about this are flying by, even at this late hour in the evening. So yes, it’s definitely on the radar!
