Anet amazes me again...

I just wanted to post and express my thanks to the customer support team at anet, especially in the face of those slightly more impatient customers.

I have just had my second account incident with them (mobile authentication after getting a new device) and they dealt with it within a matter of hours.

Both times I have dealt with them, they have been swift, efficient and courteous.

Keep up the good work guys.

And yes, that applies even the grumpier players because they also absolutely need and deserve our help! It’s just refreshing to have a post like this pop up.
