Quest: Lines of Communication personal story for asura.

Every time I have tried to use the amnesia gas, it just disappears and nothing happens. If I unequip my weapons and try, still nothing. I can drop the bundle and it will appear on the ground, then I pick it up and try to use it and it will disappear again. I cannot progress any further on this quest without knocking out a peacemaker with the stuff. If i could bonk one, trust me I would :). Am I the only one with this problem? Am I doing it wrong? Thanks for any help.

It’s a single-use gadget. You need to be facing the Peacemaker you’re trying to knock out when you use it.

Knocking them out manually also works—you can just beat them up if that’s your preference. The Order of Whispers is results oriented.
