All Ticket Closed by automail response or by duplication errors

Hi,
first of all I just want to say I love your work in all matters and I follow you from the original Guild Wars beta.

I’m just worried about my issues, like most of people here surely, but I’ve received everytime I’ve tried to post or update tickets Automatic mail as response or Duplication errors….

I’ll post here my last cause all the others seems to be closed…

Incident: 120911-002561

I’ll reassume all my issues:

1 – My HoM is not working though my accounts are successfully linked (I’m 30/50 just for your information)
2 – My original Guild Wars account is blocked while my Guild Wars 2 account is perfectly functional
3 – The Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill is blocked on my character Cobra Dusksong while perfectly enlightened on my other

I’ll kindly wait for some help….

The team will not close your ticket without giving you the option to reopen it. Please re-read the email and click the link that say “I still need help” and a team member will respond.
