Admin, please help!?

Sorry if this is the wrong area, I didn’t know where else to put this. I was previewing items today just 2 minutes ago when I must have accidentally bought one of them using up my all my Ascalonian Tears but 10, when I was actually saving up. I accidentally purchased the shield when I didn’t even want it, can I please get a refund so I don’t have to farm it for another 3 days to buy the Greatsword. If it makes any difference I haven’t even equipped the shield and I made this thread a few minutes after it happened.

We are sorry to tell you that Customer Support does not return objects or make refunds of this sort at the moment. Your purchase was of course unfortunate but it was not provoked by an internal bug or error (in this respect, some users are asking for a security bottom while purchasing, in the subforum Suggestions).

Sorry that we cannot bring you better news.
