Activated the wrong account

I joined the free trial that was on the 23 to the 25 to play with my friends and see if I liked the game.
I ended up making two accounts because I forgot the password for the first one.
Now here’s my problem, I bought the game, got the serial, but since I’m one stupid guy, I accidently activated the wrong account, the account I didn’t play on, and now I don’t have my trial character with all of my items, my name, and my things.
My question is, is there a way to deactivate my current account and activate the trial account ?

Oh I am sure we can help you with that! Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
