Achievement Chest

The achievement interface says that I have redeemed my 2,500 point heavy achievement chest but the account bonuses, gold and laurels were not awarded. It seems I was given the 500 point achievement chest and its rewards again.

How many AP chests have you opened? Chests listed in the achievement panel are upcoming chests. So far there’s been a 100, 500, 1000, and 1500 AP chest, so I don’t believe it’s possible to have gotten the 2000 AP chest yesterday.
