Achievement chest pvp items all dissapeared

Hi,
I logged in and received my 2nd achievement chest today, and opened the PvP pack within and received a variety of soulbound pvp equipment, in addition to the other rewards.

I then accessed my bank (through a craft station, should it matter) and stowed most of the account bound bits – but I moved the PvP equipment into another bag on the character (a “15-Slot Gift Box” to be precise).

I then opened my inventory (with my bank pane still open) and the pvp armours and weapons were not there, and when I looked back at the bank pane they were nowhere to be seen. Everything else is still there – the boosters, revive orb, WvW tokens etc, but every last piece of PvP gear is nowhere to be found, neither in my inventory nor bank. The only thing that I can note that sperates the items lost from those I still have is that the PvP equipment was all soulbound, rather than account bound.

I visited no merchants, did not salvage them, did not drop them, they are simply gone. I logged out and back in and they were still gone.

Now I’m not too fussed as I don’t take part in structured pvp, but plainly something has gone wrong. A screen of my chat log showing the items I recieved and the state of my inventory once everything had vanished is attached. I only had one mystic forge stone at the start of the evening, and under 250 WvW tokens, and you can see 6 and over 250 now, and as stated all the remaining items except for the PvP equipment pieces are still in my bank where I put them. It is the top most gift box that I had moved the PvP items into. Stalwart leggings through Inquest Legguards are the PvP bits that vanished.

Cheers,
G.

Did you “Deposit all collectibles” at some point? Check your PvP locker in the PvP lobby, the items get sent there, not stored in your PvE bank.
