Hey,
just to make one thing clear – this is no Thread about only achieving one chest even though I got more Achievement Points or anything.
I haven’t played GW2 in a while and just started lately again, so i was daily awarded with the achievement chests which got introduced into the game.
Today after the daily reset i should have gotten the “Heavy Achievement Chest” for 2500 Achievement Points. Because this was quite a big deal for me, i was eagerly waiting for it to reset.
About 5 Minutes into the daily reset i relogged to also recieve my chest, but to my surprise i only got a normal Achievement Chest, which is neither the chest you recieve before, nor after the Heavy Achievement Chest.
But my Achievement Tab in the Hero window shows that i already recieved the Heavy Chest, which isn’t the case.
This can also be seen in this Screenshots, which also partially shows the loot i got from the normal Chest.

Has anyone had similar experiences getting these Chests ?
Could the reason be that i recieved the Chest on a lvl 4 Character ?
Can I expect to get the chest in a few days, or is it lost ?
I hope to get some responses
Edit : Looking over the screen it also seems that i have not been awarded the permanent 1%XP Bonus from the 2000 Point chest, but i still got the Skin
