This is in relation to my other account HelixSky.4951. I’m using this one to post the problem since that one is banned.

I’ve been having disconnects and lagging issues lately with tonight being the worst I’ve ever seen. So I decided to run PingPlotter to find out where the problem was. Well to my surprise my GW2 account got banned for botting, macros etc. How do I get my account turned back on?

Btw, when I click on the “Support” link up top, I get the following…

Your account was banned for botting in Cursed Shore, and has nothing to do with using a traceroute to diagnose your connection. Please use your Customer Service Ticket if you have any further questions.
