Account theft and change of the nationality

I do not play to Guildwars 2 , for 4-5 months …
Today i’ve reinstalled GW2 in my PC , so i can’t log-in.
I’ve changed the password , so I found several charcheater at level 80 ( they’re not mine ).
So , i’ve tryed to play in my server , because i’m Italian , and my old charcheaters were transferred to another U.S. server , by the person who stole my account.
Now i cant create a charcheater in Europe , how can i do it now ?

We don’t want you to make an uninformed decision about this. Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
