I was fighting in WvW, attacking main castle, I died. When I tried to go to waypoint, I lost connection. When I tried to relog I get message, I got terminated for using a bot or other third-party program. Which I have not, nor do I know how to. To dispute the claim, the support site says to respond to the ticket that states the infraction, but I did not recieve any such ticket.

I can’t see anything in my gameplay that would fall into either of botting or third party program.

Hi there.

As Renegadeimp has pointed out, you need to wait till the resolution of your incidence. If your ticket gets five or more days without an answer, then I would ask you to write your incidence and ticket number here. Thanks!
