Account terminated... ugh.

So, how big is this problem?

Haven’t been on for months. Tried to login about 5 months back and my account was hacked, but not terminated. I needed a rep to help me reset the pass. They helped me and I made a pretty darn secure pass.

Now today, It’s telling me that my account has been terminated due to a modified game client.

I have already sent in a help ticket, but I was wondering how often does this sort of thing happen???

When they do clear this up for me, what can I do to be 100% sure this wont happen again?

I have email verification on, yet that seemed to have not helped me.

Your hacked account was dealt with back in May. In August, this account was involved in exploitation of the game. If you were not involved in those episodes, then the team will help get this sorted.
