Account suspended... For what?

My account was apparently suspended, i was gone for a few weeks and when i came back it said my account has been suspended, I tried submitting a ticket but i haven’t heard from them in over a week. What is going on? Please respond.

Could you provide us with more details about this? Why was your account suspended? What exact message/error code did you receive? Have you checked if the ticket has been closed without giving you an answer? If it is still open, you need to post it here.
