Account suspended for jumping puzzle in WvW

At the supply camp near RedBriar, there is a way to jump on top of the supply camp roof. I did not cheat or hack, I simply jumped my way up there. Apparently the opposition did not like this and reported me. Now I am suspended for three days. For what? I play this game day and night, and have never hacked or cheated in any way. I am home for two days before I leave for three weeks, and the only game I want to play before I leave just suspended me.

Arena Net, please take a look at this, what I did was no more than a WvW jumping puzzle that people reported me because they could not figure it out.

It appears to me that the account was very momentarily blocked for a “bad name” that wasn’t bad at all. When the agent recognized his or her error, that action was undone. However, there was a period of time where the account was not reinstated, but that has been cleared up now, too.

Apologies for the error, and do be comfortable playing the game knowing that a report does not automatically result in a block, but that the report will be reviewed and acted upon only if the suspension is deserved. In this case, human error played a role, but an auto-suspend by report is not normal practice.
