Account suspended for an account issue.

I have 2 guild wars accounts and the other day I was playing on one of my accounts when I was logged out and got a message I was suspended for an account issue. I have no idea what that means or how long I have been suspended. I have sent in a support ticket #44813 and have not gotten any replies. Any way someone can look into this and let me know what is going on?

You have submitted a ticket to ask about this, and that’s good. There’s really no point in posting at this time; the team will answer you as quickly as possible.

The forums are designed for follow-ups (after three days in the specific thread) and for general questions of an account nature. But we specifically do not encourage a “submit-and-immediately-post” culture.
