Hey there community,

My account has been suspended because it has been detected that someone unauthorized tried to access my account.

I have completed a reformat and installed a fresh Windows 7, but I still haven’t got an answer from Support .

When will my account be playable again?
When is the suspension going to be removed?

Please I am really eager to play …

Hope that a GM answers…

I’m not exactly a GM, but I’ll be happy to answer. The process of investigating these issues takes more than a few hours. Please be patient and allow the team to look into the matter and get it resolved.
