Account Suspend on Wrongful Basis

My wife has been given the run around about this issue and would like to talk to someone higher up that can help. She has asked several times to talk to a rep higher then the one she was talking to and they wont push it up. I don’t know if that’s apart of customer service or not but I don’t like the way this is being handled. If you can help in any way that would be much appreciated.
