Account stole, but recovered. What to do?

I am posting on behalf of a friend of mine with the following:

I don’t imagine that A.N. would have any sort of rollback for this sort of thing?

Even if not, I really just want to know what should be done to best protect the account from being recovered and/or stolen again?

We have two forms of authentication: Email and Mobile/Two-Factor Authentication.
