account/serial code

I am doing it on this account but a friend of me buyed this game when it came out and received a serialcode via the email, while i received it per cover. Now he lost his password but he needs to enter his serial code to reset his password… And he can’t find an emailadress on the site to seek contact by hisself. To place a topic he still need to log in so he isn’t able to do it by hisself. Is there any option to solve this?

Serial codes are very seldom required to obtain assistance of this nature. They are a very useful means of verifying account ownership, but there are other means to do that, so please don’t feel that not having a serial code would block your access to assistance.
