Account Roll Back Takes To Long

Hello, I just wanted to add my 2 cents on this issue. I got my account hacked on April 25, 2014. Sent in a ticket and got access to my account back within a few hours. Then i logged in and of course everything was gone gems, gold, laruels, gear… ect. As of today, May 1 nothing has been done and i am surprised it has been so long without a response. Yesterday i put in a request for a ticket refresh but i do not see my ticket number in the review list. I know I am not the only one that has this problem. Why is it taking so long?? I just want to play.

We are sorry if your account restoration is taking extra time, but the depth of investigation for these situations is time-consuming and requires great care. Imagine a bunch of people claiming they got “hacked” and asking for a restoration, but only after they shuttled off thousands of items and gems. Their request, if honored, essentially “dupes” the items on their account and that’s harmful to all players, because it can cause in-game inflation.
