I requested an account restoration via the support site(my account was hacked, had all its characters deleted, and had a character created on it named “Hehhehe”), however in the end I received an E-mail that had me change my password, and if I had any further questions. I had already changed my passwords to everything related, re installed Windows, and attached an authenticator to my account when I received this E-mail.
I was wondering if this password change is just a phase of the restoration, or if there was some misunderstanding about my request. I noticed that my initial ticket name “Account Hacked Characters Deleted” had been changed to “Access Lost”. Could that have something to do with this?
My apologies if this has been answered before, but I looked and couldn’t find any information regarding the account restoration process.
