Account restoration and missing serial code advice

Hi, I just had my account restored and the botting allegation overturned. I followed the instructions provided and changed my password but now have an issue with the game client telling me that I need to input a valid retail serial number error or failure to authenticate my playing privileges error.

I updated my original ticket regarding bot banning with information on this new problem. Should I stick with the original and update or create a new ticket?
