I have an open ticket for the last month on a problem that ncsoft has finally determined to be a problem with my account and not the client. What is the usual turn around time for getting an account repaired? I have not been able to play GW2 since mid march.. getting a little twitchy

The ticket is 10 days old, not a month and the team has come to the conclusion, as they explained ot you, that there is a problem with your account, and the CS folks are looking into this for you. The latest update was four days ago, and I have asked the team to provide you an update (or to give me one so I can relay it to you here).
