account reactivation

so i filed for a refund about 6 months ago, i got the refund.
after the patch i decided to buy the game again and it said my account was activated, i used the same email but i am getting the message my account has been closed to fulfill a refund request. ? hoping i dont have to wait forever to support to respond as i bought just to play with friends TODAY lol, any suggestions? I have the email of the new serial /order number and it said it went through.

I encourage you both to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They should be able to assist you. (I think the new account requires a new email address, but I could be mistaken.)

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
