My other account sinistrial.4283 got perma banned apparently for "Botting , use of macro’s etc. I have NEVER used any such program. Why did i get banned?

No one can answer you in a forum post, not even staff. Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
